What an agency partner needs to know about Poland
A campaign can keep its central strategy while changing its proof, language, spokespeople and outlet mix for Poland. We work inside the lead agency's process, then translate the brief into Polish editorial reality across national, business, technology, regional and creator channels.
72%
cite the internet as a source of news
Reuters Institute's 2024 Poland findings put online news ahead of television and print. That makes digital coverage central to market credibility, while the right outlet still depends on whether the audience is business, technology, trade or consumer.
Poland sits in EF's high-proficiency band, but this does not make an English press release locally relevant. Polish-language copy, local proof points and a spokesperson prepared for the Polish context still determine whether a pitch feels useful to an editor.
Gemius/PBI measured 29.7 million Polish internet users in Q4 2024, with mobile devices accounting for three quarters of total time online. Campaign pages, data assets and newsroom materials need to work on a phone first.
Poland delivery that fits your agency and your client
You keep the client relationship and the wider strategy. PR Insight becomes the senior, bilingual Poland team responsible for turning the brief into locally relevant media work.
01
Agree the operating model

02
Localise the central strategy
We retain the campaign idea while adapting its evidence, language, spokespeople and timing for Polish journalists and audiences.
03
Run Polish media relations
We build the media list, prepare Polish materials, pitch journalists, manage follow-ups and coordinate interviews across national, business, technology, regional or creator channels.
04

Local execution across press and creator campaigns
These projects show two different Poland briefs: building credibility around a British company's physical expansion and adapting an international consumer campaign for local creators.

Consult Red
The brief was not simply to announce an expansion. Consult Red needed national credibility, regional visibility around three new offices and a story that could also support local recruitment. We localised the launch narrative and split outreach across Polish technology, business, regional and HR media.
For multiple sneaker collections, we adapted the campaign concept for each market, selected local creators and coordinated content with the regional launch calendar. It is a practical example of why a central idea still needs local execution.
